Purchase requests
Submitting a request through this website does not complete a firearm sale, guarantee availability, reserve an item, or create an obligation for GDE Collectibles to complete a transaction. Any sale remains subject to review and written confirmation.
Legal eligibility and compliance
You represent that all information submitted is accurate and that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the requested firearm. Every transaction must comply with federal, state, and local law. Required background checks and transfer procedures must be completed before possession may be transferred.
FFL transfers
Firearms are shipped only to a verified Federal Firearms License dealer. We do not ship firearms directly to customers. The buyer is responsible for selecting an eligible dealer and for any dealer transfer fees.
Pricing and availability
Displayed prices and availability may change before final approval. Taxes, shipping, insurance, dealer fees, and other applicable charges may be additional. No payment is collected by this intake website.
Accuracy and acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt a transaction prohibited by law. We may decline or cancel a request at our discretion where permitted by law.
