Refund Policy

Purchase requests
The website currently collects purchase requests only and does not collect payment. Therefore, submitting the online form does not itself create a charge or refund entitlement.
Before transfer
Any cancellation or refund terms for an approved transaction will be disclosed before payment. Special-order, personalized, engraved, or otherwise customized items may be non-cancelable and non-refundable once work or allocation has begun.
After transfer
Firearm condition must be inspected at the receiving FFL dealer before transfer is accepted. Once a firearm has been transferred to the buyer, returns may be restricted or unavailable except where required by law or covered by an applicable written warranty.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If an item arrives damaged or materially differs from the approved order, do not complete the transfer. Ask the FFL dealer to retain the item and contact GDE Collectibles promptly so the shipment can be reviewed.
Third-party fees
FFL transfer fees, background-check fees, shipping charges, insurance, and other third-party costs may be non-refundable. The applicable terms will be confirmed before payment.
